When your boss pass down a shitty job for you, what should you?

This is a very shitty job and my boss ask me to handle it first while they seek a new worker to follow it up.
Should I do my best to solve it or just fuck it?
If I do it well then the shitty job is belong to me and soon I will be full of shit.
But if I screw it up, then it will affect my performance.



So, as Hamlet said, to be or not to be, that is the question.
My answer is fuck it. if i am going to shit in the end, sure as hell i wouldnt want to eat it now.

Cheaper Car

Just up until today only I realize that it was never only our government don’t allow the car selling in our country to be cheap but the people also. They don’t like the idea of cheaper car.

The reason? If new car is selling cheaper, then their current car’s secondhand value will drop. Those car dealer will gain big lost and for the sake of their family and those who still want to resell their luxury car at higher price, the price of the new car can never be cheaper.

In order to maintain the car market, the majority of the people will have to pay more and more for new or secondhand car. If they cannot afford it, then they will have to work harder and harder to earn more money. This is to ensure that those who depend on your blood money will be able to live at their apartment, driving luxury imported car and having a nice meal every day, wearing nicer clothes. Remember, it is your  blood and sweat that feed these people. You should be proud of it.

If you dislike this, it is your own fault for not working to the higher level of society. Don’t blame the people who suck on your money.

Today : work

Many people today are off-work due to the Agong Birthday on Saturday. But due to my company new policies, my one have be overruled. So need to work even though my customer didn’t.

Rubbish

My friend comment that my writing are rubbish after read all of my writing.

I asked him when he notice it. He said since the start.

I asked him: “Why the hell you continue read it after you know it is rubbish?”

Ultra Laptop?

I have a laptop which is consider to have the ultra performance among the laptops in my company. I was label as ungrateful worker when I ask for a new laptop because I think the laptop is low performance.

Later when I went to my customer site for support. An operator at the warehouse was using the same model as mine. I asked him how he felt about the laptop.

He said, he tried to leave the laptop unlock at many place but no one even bother to steal the laptop although they can do it without getting caught.

So, the old saying is always right.

Your ultra laptop might just be someone’s ultar laptop.

New Office need outlook

Last Thursday, my boss finally launch the latest version of our long rumored OFFICE. The OFFICE 2010. This version of OFFICE is a bit rush, from announcement to launching just in 10 days only. It seem at the first sight, the environment is way better than our current version. Then I found out the a bug in this OFFICE. A very big big BUG. We need a better function of OUTLOOK.

Our new OFFICE 2010 is installed in front of our company CEO's room.

This is no OFFICE, this is Oh!Shit

Fuck You to whomever make the decision of assigning us to sit there.

Start to pack

When company intend to sell half of their property, that mean some shit is going to happen soon.
So, I think it is time to pack before it is too late.

Stay Or Not To Stay

Recently, a lot of my colleague had resign to seek better offer. They gave a lot reason why they left. One can make a conclusion it is because of our company policy are not fair. It all start when my company decided to terminate one of their old worker due to economic crisis. A man who work for their boss for 7 year had being chosen and being terminated just like that.

Then, the company's situation started to become tension. Some started to feel that the company is hopeless and plan on resign to seek better offer. Yes, other company are much much better. They never terminate their worker whatever their company status are. They will still give out bonus to worker even though the company profit is suck. Yes, there are still exist company utopia. But if these utopia exist, then why still have people resign from there? Nobody never give me the answer.

I admit that my company really suck at the moment. Never know when I will loose my job. Seeing people leaving sometimes tempting. Now, those who resign are hero and those who still stay are loser. Only loser stay in loser company. Loser, what a name for those who stay. If I were to resign, what do I write my reason? People resign I resign? People said the company suck while I feel that all the company are all the same suck? Could I be a loser as they said just because I know once I resign it is hard to search new job at these kind of economic tension? Do what people do? Follow the trend?

Stay or not to stay? That is the question.

Savage World

Working 7 days per week is an ideal worker for boss in Asia.
The boss here appreciate worker who would sacrifice their freedom for the good of these boss's company.
Worker should do what ever they can to support their boss luxury life and in return for the boss to spare some of their profit to the worker.
A worker should be grateful on this because the worker's wealth and fare are depend on their boss happiness.
One will not be in happy if one boss is not happy but one unhappy worker will not be a concern for one boss as they can always seek for new worker with easily.
A worker will be a silly worker if he or she thinks that everything will be payoff after a hard work. There is no such thing in life.
Look at the salary, as the increasing of company profit, a worker's salary increasing is a fantasy. It all depend on the mercy of their boss.
A boss can give you a hundred and one reasons for your salary adjustment and it took years for them to increase it but it only took a quick cap for them to cut off your payment even without a reason. If a worker ask too much, then they will remove all obstacle in their company.
Remove, terminate, re trend or whatever the name they can give just to stop worker from getting a decent payment.
The old rules of savage business will exist in modern day.
